This wetzel is in a very good location at festival plaza! In the middle of everything. We would come back. The cheese dip is still really good and we got fresh pretzel bites and they were so soft! Sometimes pretzels can be hard and gross, but these were perfect especially for my kids. There is also seating right outside the store so we can sit on the benches and have a quick snack before we walk around the plaza again. Parking is always hard here because it is a mall complex but if you find a spot it's a fun area. This wetzel was clean and had good service. So no complaints except that wetzel pretzel has become really expensive!!! It was $7+ for the pretzel bites! I remember when it was cheaper so that was a little sticker shocking esp because we ended up getting 2 so we had enough to feed people. But at least they tasted good and not old and hard! Haha!
me and i friends are usually here every other weekend and the tatted asian girl has always been very helpful and nice to us. yesterday one of the cashiers gave us a wrong order, we came up to her and told what happened and she gave us freshly baked pizza bites. store is always clean and everyone is always helpful and friendly. definitely coming back whenever we go to downtown summerlin.
I ordered the pizza bites. Not sure if they were good, they gave me the wrong order. Crazy part is that he read the order back to me. I didn't say anything to him because the person before him stressed him out. It's okay kid. You're doing your best. I ended up with a cinnamon something. That one was pretty good though. The line was out the door, so you know this place is great to eat. It was a little noisy but because people were excited to get my pizza bites.
Came here because I dragged my little bro to the mall and had to reward him. Worker was ON IT, saw me lugging around my huge Stanley in this 115° heat and, without me saying anything, asked if I wanted a water refill + ice. Wish I caught her name because she made this trip worth it fr. Pretzel bitz were fat, hot and fresh too. 10/10
